We are IMMENSELY honored to host Chef Rodrigo Souza from Comeketo Brazilian Steakhouse for a one-time POP UP  Rodizio-style. Learn how these meats are grilled (yes they will be preparing everything outdoors on their one-of-a kind traveling grills!)

“We present fine Brazilian cuisine with rodízio-style service, which is a true Brazilian experience. Customers do not order their food in a traditional manner. Instead, an assortment of dishes, especially meats, are brought to the table for picking and choosing, while customers help themselves to the gourmet salad bar.

While there are several types of Rodizio-style restaurants throughout Latin America, the most popular is the Brazilian Churrascaria, which roughly translates to “steakhouse”. Churrascarias specialize in serving different styles of grilled meats. Gauchos travel through the restaurant with hot meat on skewers, slicing onto each diner’s plate.

Our classes typically run about 2 hrs. It will be specified in the description if a class intends to run shorter or longer. Copies of all recipes are provided.

Unless specified, classes are for adults and teens 16+. For these classes, younger students may attend when accompanied by a paid adult. Classes for younger teens and children have the appropriate ages specified in the description.

The Chef Instructor may change due to unforeseen scheduling conflicts. We reserve the right to make changes to our menus; ingredients and class menu may change due to availability.

Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back. Aprons are provided for use in class.

Adult classes are BYOB/BYOW. If you are 21+ participating in a class intended for adults, please plan to drink responsibly. Otherwise, No outside food or drink.

Notify us if you have allergies or dietary restrictions. Third Space is a peanut/tree nut safe kitchen, however ingredients may be processed in a facility or on shared equipment with tree nuts, peanuts or other allergens. Please contact us before you register and we are happy to review ingredients with you to determine whether this class is appropriate.

We want to support all of our learners so please let us know if you have any special needs you’d like us to be aware of.

What’s our class cancellation policy? Due to limited enrollment, classes are non-refundable. If for any reason up until the time of your class (including illness) you are unable to attend, you can send someone else in your place by notifying us of your replacement. Alternatively, with 7 days notice, you can contact us to make up the class at a later time. If we need to cancel a class for any reason, a full refund will be provided.
