Skip the baking and go straight to the fun part. With the cakes baked and the frosting ready, you will learn the skills that make a cake look professional: cutting and stacking even layers, filling, crumb coating for a smooth finish, and piping with a full set of tips. Our Chef Instructor guides you step by step, from elegant swirls to piped flowers, and you take home a cake you decorated yourself. Nibbles provided. BYOB beer and wine; waters, sodas and juice provided. Open to ages 18+ (ages 14+ must attend accompanied by a paid adult).
