Third Space Kitchen Newton is a purpose-built interactive cooking studio in the heart of Newton Highlands village. Cooking has been taught in this space since 2005 — most recently by Create A Cook, which closed before we took over the lease.

The studio features commercial equipment, multiple cooking stations, and a warm, inviting atmosphere that feels professional yet approachable. Nut-free facility. Street parking and municipal lot nearby.

Yes — every Third Space Kitchen location has free, ample parking. Groton has a dedicated lot right at the building, Newton Highlands has free parking steps away, and Marlborough has a free lot on site.
Absolutely. Private classes are perfect for friend groups, family gatherings, clubs, or any occasion. We customize the menu and format to your group. Minimum of 8 guests for a private booking.
All ingredients, equipment, instruction, an apron, and the meal you prepare. You also take home the recipes so you can recreate everything at home. Just bring yourself and a love of good food.

A cooking class teaches a recipe. A team experience is built around your group working together — splitting tasks, making decisions, and plating something they are proud of. The cooking is the vehicle; the point is the people. A chef leads the whole thing so no one is left watching from the back.
We host teams from about 10 up to 100. Smaller teams fit beautifully in our Groton studio; larger groups work well in Newton, and for the biggest events we can run multiple stations or use both locations.
Either, and we will help you pick. Some teams want a friendly head-to-head cook-off; others want everyone building one meal together. We tailor the format to what your group is trying to get out of the day.
