Is this just a cooking class?

Not at all. Most clients come in expecting a typical cooking class — but leave saying it felt more like a workshop in team alignment. While food is the medium, what we are really building is connection, trust, and momentum.

Do we need to know how to cook?

No experience required. Our chef facilitators guide your team through the process step-by-step. It is not about culinary skill — it is about participation, presence, and shared effort.

Can we customize the experience to our team?

Yes — every event is designed around your group's size, goals, and flow. Whether you want a challenge-focused format or a collaborative, shared build, we will design it with you. We also accommodate all dietary needs.

Is there a competitive element?

Many of our most impactful formats include structured challenges — but they are never mean-spirited or uncomfortable. Think of it like a live kitchen shift: clear roles, fast collaboration, and a shared sense of accomplishment.

How much does it cost?

Our pricing is custom based on group size, experience format, and level of support needed. We will walk you through options during your discovery call — there is no commitment until you feel fully aligned.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend reaching out at least 3 to 6 weeks in advance to ensure date availability, especially for larger groups or offsite experiences. That said, we do accommodate shorter timelines when possible — it never hurts to ask.
