Students will learn how to make three delicious gluten-free baked goods:
✔ Decadent Gluten-Free Brownies

  • Preparing a rich, fudgy gluten-free brownie using gluten-free flour for the perfect texture.
  • How to achieve the ideal balance between moist and chewy

✔ Brazilian Pão de Queijo (Cheese Bread)

  • Making pão de queijo, a naturally gluten-free Brazilian cheese bread, using tapioca flour and Parmesan for a chewy, cheesy texture.
  • How to work with tapioca flour to achieve the right dough consistency and elasticity.
  • Flavor variations: Try adding herbs or garlic for an extra twist.

✔ Gluten-Free Corn Muffins

  • Baking light and fluffy gluten-free corn muffins using a combination of cornmeal and corn flour.
  • Perfecting the texture for moist, fluffy muffins without the heaviness.
  • Sweet vs. savory: Adding cheddar and chili flakes for a savory version or keeping it classic with honey and butter.

Each recipe will focus on achieving the best texture and flavor without gluten, while understanding how to balance gluten-free flours and other ingredients.
