This flavorFULL workshop is brought to you by the Italian trio of Tomato, Basil and MADE-BY-YOU fresh mozzarella! Authentic and tender mozzarella will adorn your fresh green salad along with homemade herbed balsamic vinaigrette. Handmade meatballs add depth and richness of flavors to the plate. A delicious San Marzano tomato sauce  made with  fresh garlic, extra virgin olive, basil and parmesan cheese will top the from-scratch fettuccine you make from start to finish!.

  • Freshmade Mozzarella on fresh green salad along with homemade herbed balsamic vinaigrette you whisk to perfection
  • From-scratch fettuccine – Learn to make pasta dough, thin it out using a hand crank, cut, and sauce it up!
  • Meatballs – Top it all off (literally!) with homemade meatballs and you’ve got yourself a meal!
  • San Marzano red sauce with enriched flavors 

—–> Edited to add 2/15 EB: When it comes time to eat, we can provide dried pasta without egg for the individual(s) needing an egg-free meal. For the individual(s)s needing a vegetarian choice in place of the meatballs, we can add Italian Stuffed Mushrooms to the menu as their alternative.

Our classes typically run about 2 hrs. It will be specified in the description if a class intends to run shorter or longer. Copies of all recipes are provided.

Unless specified, classes are for adults and teens 16+. For these classes, younger students may attend when accompanied by a paid adult. Classes for younger teens and children have the appropriate ages specified in the description.

The Chef Instructor may change due to unforeseen scheduling conflicts. We reserve the right to make changes to our menus; ingredients and class menu may change due to availability.

Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back. Aprons are provided for use in class.

Adult classes are BYOB/BYOW. If you are 21+ participating in a class intended for adults, please plan to drink responsibly. Otherwise, No outside food or drink.

Notify us if you have allergies or dietary restrictions. Third Space is a peanut/tree nut safe kitchen, however ingredients may be processed in a facility or on shared equipment with tree nuts, peanuts or other allergens. Please contact us before you register and we are happy to review ingredients with you to determine whether this class is appropriate.

We want to support all of our learners so please let us know if you have any special needs you’d like us to be aware of.

What’s our class cancellation policy? Due to limited enrollment, classes are non-refundable. If for any reason up until the time of your class (including illness) you are unable to attend, you can send someone else in your place by notifying us of your replacement. Alternatively, with 7 days notice, you can contact us to make up the class at a later time. If we need to cancel a class for any reason, a full refund will be provided.
