Description: In our interactive and fully hands-on kitchen, the Hologic team will come together to cook  a masterful menu. Then, we’ll support you to plate your creations and enjoy a family-style meal as you spend quality time together and debrief the experience of being behind-the-scenes in the kitchen!  The menu of your choice is complemented by a TIRAMISU BAR. 

Tiramisu Bar:  A Third Space Chef will present a brief demonstration on Tiramisu. Hologic team members will learn to assemble and beautifully plate the delicate layers of this classic Italian dessert from the soaking of Lady Fingers in espresso to the grating of fresh chocolate shavings for a polished finish.

Proposed Menu#1: Fresh Cheese-Making & Handmade Pasta Class, Led by Third Space Kitchen Chef


This flavorFULL workshop is brought to you by the Italian trio of Tomato, Basil and MADE-BY-YOU fresh mozzarella! Authentic and tender mozzarella will adorn your fresh green salad along with homemade herbed balsamic vinaigrette. Handmade meatballs add depth and richness of flavors to the plate. A delicious San Marzano tomato sauce  made with  fresh garlic, extra virgin olive, basil and parmesan cheese will top the from-scratch fettuccine you make from start to finish!. 

  • Mozzarella Salad – Authentic and tender mozzarella (made by Hologic team members!) will adorn your fresh green salad along with your homemade herbed balsamic vinaigrette
  • From-scratch fettuccine – Learn to make pasta dough, thin it out using a hand crank, cut, and sauce it up!
  • Freshly made San Marzano red sauce with enriched flavors 
  • Homemade meatballs – Top it all off (literally!) with homemade meatballs and you’ve got yourself a meal!

 

Proposed Menu #2: Cooking with Wine, led by Third Space Kitchen Chef

 

Try your hand at some key techniques for cooking with wine, and enjoy a glass while doing so! A crowd-pleaser menu that leaves nothing on the plate, this selection of recipes combines rich elements and creamy textures with pops of color, crunch and cool.
 

  • Chicken Supreme – Luxurious perfection combining crispy breaded chicken and white wine cream sauce
  • Italian Stuffed Mushrooms-Flavors of white wine, garlic and parmesan fill these baked and tender caps 
  • Fresh Rolls – Add the aroma of fresh bread to the kitchen and don’t forget the butter!
  • Mixed greens and tomato salad with homemade herbed balsamic vinaigrette

Third Space Kitchen will be responsible for set up, cleanup and the preparation of all ingredients and materials prior to, throughout and after the event. Third Space Kitchen Chefs and staff will be present to instruct and support class members.  Gratuity not included. Outside food is not permitted; Third Space Kitchen is a tree nut and peanut safe facility. Many food allergies and religious/dietary preferences can be accommodated with sufficient notice for planning. 

Pricing is valid for 30 days from the date of proposal.

Our classes typically run about 2 hrs. It will be specified in the description if a class intends to run shorter or longer. Copies of all recipes are provided.

Unless specified, classes are for adults and teens 16+. For these classes, younger students may attend when accompanied by a paid adult. Classes for younger teens and children have the appropriate ages specified in the description.

The Chef Instructor may change due to unforeseen scheduling conflicts. We reserve the right to make changes to our menus; ingredients and class menu may change due to availability.

Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back. Aprons are provided for use in class.

Adult classes are BYOB/BYOW. If you are 21+ participating in a class intended for adults, please plan to drink responsibly. Otherwise, No outside food or drink.

Notify us if you have allergies or dietary restrictions. Third Space is a peanut/tree nut safe kitchen, however ingredients may be processed in a facility or on shared equipment with tree nuts, peanuts or other allergens. Please contact us before you register and we are happy to review ingredients with you to determine whether this class is appropriate.

We want to support all of our learners so please let us know if you have any special needs you’d like us to be aware of.

What’s our class cancellation policy? Due to limited enrollment, classes are non-refundable. If for any reason up until the time of your class (including illness) you are unable to attend, you can send someone else in your place by notifying us of your replacement. Alternatively, with 7 days notice, you can contact us to make up the class at a later time. If we need to cancel a class for any reason, a full refund will be provided.
