Sabores de Latinoamérica | Ayer, MA Library Cooking Demonstration

October 4, 2023 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month

Open to the public, geared to students ages 6-12 with caregivers

No registration necessary

It’s Hispanic Heritage Month!

Eric Brown, Owner and Chef of Third Space Kitchen and Events, will do a demonstration of making Pupusas and Batido de Banana. Chef Eric will show the “masa” for making Pupusas and make it available for the audience to feel and work with. In real time, the audience will help make a Batido de Banana, or Licuado de Banana, and sample it! He’ll share about spending time as a child in Honduras and introduce ingredients and food vocabulary commonly used across Latin America. ¡Buen Provecho!
